We do not have a menu system on our phone lines.
We do not tell our staff to keep callers away from us.
We do not hide behind an email-only service.
If you phone, one of our Principals will deal with your call. We may not all be around 24 hours a day but one of us will return your call promptly.
If you send us an email, we'll deal with you personally. We all work at strange hours at times and sending us an email may well give you a quicker answer, albeit a written one. An email isn't a substitute for the human voice, though, so tell us in your email if you'd appreciate a phone call.
We'll visit you anywhere in Scotland at no charge and give you up to four hours FREE consultation. Only if you agree a contract with us with defined deliverables will you EVER pay us anything.
To combat junk mail senders, we are quoting our email addresses by replacing "@" with "/at/".
